WeRead Foundation mission is to provide each learner in South Sudan access to books, information and technologies so as to enhance skills acquisition. This mission can be achieved by embodying in us three core values which drives our move towards success.

- Learners’ Centred: In order to ensure that every child has a book to read, has access to career guidance and other scholastic materials. We believe that students/pupils learn better from their teachers and for the teachers to provide the right information, WeRead foundation build teachers capacity in modern teaching methodologies and review of school curriculum so that learners get new information
- Creativity and Innovation: In order to make learning attractive to children and adults in class, we focus on using technologies in schools and look forward to introducing STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics) in schools to encourage an earlier aspiration for science and technology among school children
- Integrity: Committed to effective and efficient utilization of all resources entrusted to WeRead Foundation in the most transparent, honest and accountable manner for the benefit of those in class for whom we are working for
